REC Construction is a fence and deck construction company serving residential and commercial customers across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Our website provides information about our services, a project gallery, a cost calculator, an interactive map estimator, and a free estimate request form.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through our website — including those generated by our cost calculator and interactive map estimator — are ballpark ranges based on typical pricing and the information you provide. They are not final quotes or binding offers. A free on-site consultation is required to provide a fixed, accurate quote for your specific project. Final pricing depends on terrain, access, permits, material availability, and project-specific details confirmed during the on-site visit.

Calculator and Map Estimator Disclaimers

Our cost calculator and interactive map estimator are provided as planning tools only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any estimate generated by these tools. The estimated ranges are intended to give you a general starting point and should not be relied upon for budgeting decisions without a free on-site estimate.

Your Responsibilities

When submitting an estimate request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring our crews have safe access to the project site and for complying with any local ordinances, HOA rules, or permit requirements applicable to your project.

Warranty

REC Construction warrants the workmanship of each completed installation, and the materials we supply for it, for one (1) year from the date of completion. If a defect in our workmanship or in the materials we supplied appears within that period, we will repair or replace the affected work at our cost.

Standard manufacturer warranties on the products we install pass through to you as the property owner. We do not extend, shorten, or replace those manufacturer warranties, and we make no separate representation about their length or terms.

This warranty does not cover normal weathering, acts of nature, misuse, alterations made after installation, and damage caused by a third party.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements — is the property of REC Construction or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
