On a referral from your Lowe's Pro desk, that installer is REC Construction — we measure the yard, schedule the job and build it. Labor and installation charges are not returnable, and special-order configured products returned or cancelled more than 72 hours after purchase can carry a 20% restocking fee. If a delivery arrives damaged, short or wrong, report it to Lowe's customer care.
